Dept of Radiology Comms Coord: Social Media Management
Managed the UT Southwestern Department of Radiology official Twitter account since late September 2022-current. In the first 40 days of taking over management of the account, the department's feed saw 40.3K impressions over this period, an average increase of 4% in the engagement rate, and gained 120+ followers during this time. I crafted a social media strategy to increase awareness and recognition of the department's faculty, achievements, residency and fellowship programs, new publications and research, and received engagement from professional societies.
